Return & Exchange Policy

30-Day Returns

Holiday Whimsy will accept returns of unopened, unused products in its original packaging for a refund within 30 days of purchase.  

There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned items.

We cannot make exchanges, however, please return any unwanted items and place new orders for replacements.

Customers are responsible for shipment and shipping charges back to our distribution center.

Here’s what you need to do:

  • If you received any items that were damaged, defective, or incorrect please contact us  before sending anything back to us so we can discuss the best way to resolve the issue.  Photos of damaged or defective items are required.

  • We only accept returns of items in new, unused condition: must be in original packaging with tags attached, and without

    any alteration to the merchandise or the packaging.

  • Ship items in a sturdy box with adequate protective packaging to ensure that the items are returned undamaged.

  • Use a trackable shipping method such as USPS, UPS or FedEx and please insure any high value package as we are not

    responsible for damage to returned items.

  • Shipping charges are the customers responsibility unless there is damage to an item. USPS is generally less expensive for boxes under 5 lbs.

    UPS or FedEx are usually less expensive for larger shipments.

  • You must include a copy of your invoice. Please highlight the items you are returning.

  • The value of the merchandise you returned (your original purchase price excluding shipping charges) will be credited to the original payment source within one week of receipt (usually on Friday). Funds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your payment account, depending on your bank.

  • PayPal purchases cannot be refunded to your account after 45 days. A store credit will be issued instead.

Unauthorized Returns

We do not accept any returns that do not meet the above conditions.  This includes returns after 30 days, damaged in shipping products, and return of items that were used and/or are not in their original untampered packaging.  If we receive an unauthorized return, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges to have it sent back to them.

Credit will be issued to the original payment method(s) in the following order of priority: store credit, PayPal, credit cards.
