Two scoops of patriotic deliciousness, with sprinkles please. This double scooped ice cream cone is stacked in a wonky configuration to give it character. Each scoop is covered with velvet fabric and then topped with faux glitter ball sprinkles. The cone is a shiny, metallic blue fabric with white stars.
